What is the shipping method and how long does
it take?

We
estimate 3-7 business days for shipping and processing of your order. However
majority of clients receive their package sooner. Shipping is sent through DHL
and USPS. Once your shipment is processed you will receive a tracking number
immediately.
What is “Virgin Hair”

“Virgin
Hair” is that before it was chopped off, donated or sold, the hair is pure that
it’s never been processed or treated, EVER. That means the donors have never in
their lifetime had their hair colored, permed or any chemically treated in any
way.
Why does each bundle of my Virgin Hair look
different?

Since
our Virgin Hair products are completely natural, the color and texture patterns
will vary slightly from bundle to bundle. We try our best to match colors and
textures if multiple bundles of the same type are purchased, however this
cannot be guaranteed. Each hair bundle has its own unique in essence which
contributes to the beauty of virgin hair.
What does “WEFT” mean?

Wefting
is the process of sewing the hair strands across in one straight line. The weft
is sewn onto the braided track of hair in the client’s head. Weft hair is used
for sew-in, glue and net weaving.
What is “Single Drawn” hair?
·
Single-drawn
hair refers to hair length within a weft. The hair looks much like a ponytail
with some longer hair and some shorter hair (with the very short hairs having
been removed). This is the most commonly used type of hair.
How many bundles do you recommend for a
complete sewn?

For
inches 12-16”, we recommend 3 bundles. For inches 18”-24”, we recommend 4
bundles. For inches 26”-longer “we recommend 5 or more bundles.
Can I color this hair?

Yes!
This is 100% Virgin Human Hair Extensions, so you can treat it as your natural
hair.
How do I pay for these items online?

Making
an online payment through our secure payment services is easy. You will be
guided through our easy to follow checkout process where you can pay using a
valid debit/credit card. Our online payments are processed using Paypal &

How do I know you received my order?

We send
an e-mail confirmation of each order, stating the items ordered and the total
cost. This email confirms your order has been placed. If you did not receive an
email, please contact us and we will confirm everything for you.
How long will these extensions last me?

With
proper hair care and products, your extensions can last you up to 12-24 months.
How is the length of each bundle measured?
·
Body
Wave, Deep Wave, Curly, Loose and Natural Wave extensions are measured when the
hair is pulled straight not in the natural state.
